Dr. Chelton C. Flanagan is the Pastor of the Holy Trinity Baptist Church, Cleveland, Ohio.
During his childhood he accepted Jesus Christ as his savior and began his walk with the Lord. In 1983, proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, he accepted his calling and was duly ordained into the ministry in 1987.
Reverend Flanagan is a product of the Cleveland Public Schools, graduating from John Adams High School. In 1986, he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Theology and Psychology from American Baptist College, Nashville, Tennessee. Pastor Flanagan completed his studies for a doctoral degree of D.Min. in December 2018, from South University College of Theology.
Reverend Flanagan is truly committed to the work of the Lord. He has served as Minister to the Young People’s Department of the Ohio Baptist State Convention, U.S.A., Incorporated. He has also been an instructor for the Progressive Bible Institute, Cleveland.
Extension Unit of The American Baptist College and currently serves with the following organizations; Board Member Breaking Chains, Inc., Member NAACP, Omega Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Pastor Flanagan believes and strives to make an impact for the cause of Christ for the Advancement of God’s Kingdom. It is his desire to proclaim, to manifest, and to make possible the Kingdom of God through preaching and teaching the Word of God, performing a work pleasing unto God as he often states; being Kingdom Minded, Kingdom Driven, Kingdom Focused for Kingdom Purpose.
